And as a planet-focused business, where feasible we deliver a chemical-free and zero-landfill cleaning service.
Janitorial services
In recent years we have seen a greater requirement from our customers for full time Day Janitors. We love these roles, they ensure buildings are safe, hygienic, and clean throughout the day and we can provide a much-needed full-time role to one of our operatives. Using our Connecteam app our Day Janitors provide regular updates to our customers on works delivered throughout the day, and any maintenance issues that they discover.
Periodic and deep cleaning services
Using CEMAR we schedule all periodic works on an annual basis in partnership with our customers. We can also provide specialist one off deep cleans and builders cleans where required. Our mobile deep cleaning team have years of experience and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Sparkle cleaning services
Our mobile team helps customers to transform their properties after renovations or new builds are complete. A sparkle clean will remove all traces of builder’s work and usually takes place once construction has been completed. Our team has provided this service for Hotels, Universities, Schools, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, and Offices. This service is available, seven days a week, to fit around your building schedule.
Reactive cleaning services
Our reactive team have undertaken specialist training to provide them with the skills and knowledge to deliver reactive cleaning services in the most challenging circumstances and environments, including end of life scenarios. The Pioneer FM reactive team are all SC cleared as standard. Our reactive team are on call 247 and respond to all reactive requests within 2-4 hours.
Provision of washroom consumables and cleaning equipment
We work with specialist suppliers that share our commitment to our People, our Partnerships, and our Planet. We manage their service delivery, so you don’t have to, and we ensure that all products and equipment supplied is compliant and safe to use. We train our Pioneers on safe use and handling with custom designed Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Window and facade cleaning
We work with two specialist providers, Nationwide Specialist Services and Sanderson Cleaning Services.
Both suppliers are sub-contractors to major TFM providers and have the experience and technologies available to provide the safest and most economical methods of cleaning windows and buildings.
Pest control
We work with national and regional suppliers to deliver professional, discreet, and tailored services for our clients. Using the latest advances in proactive pest monitoring and deterrents we ensure properties are protected from pests and any associated health hazards. Our subcontractor’s professional pest control teams are British Pest Control Association certified and have the expertise and training to successfully control pests in your business.
Waste management and recycling services
We provide a national service through our subcontractor Veolia. Regardless of your company size we will work with you to ensure that your waste is treated in the best possible way for the environment and your business. Waste services that we can provide include:
- Commercial waste collection
- Hazardous waste management
- Secure waste destruction.
Front of house and support services
Those first impressions when employees and customers enter your premises count. We work in partnership with our customers to ensure we recruit and manage front of house teams that portray your company ethos, professionalism, and values.
Grounds maintenance
Working with our subcontractor, Ground Control we help our customers maintain their outdoor spaces all year-round. In addition to traditional grounds maintenance, we also provide the following services:
- Winter gritting
- Snow clearance
- Pothole repairs
- Landscape construction
- Design
- Arboriculture
- Electrical vehicle charging points.
