MJ has a breadth of experience in the industry, working as a cleaning operative, operations manager, and sales director for major FM companies. Her ethos is to look after her team, reduce the use of harsh, unnecessary chemicals, and only partner with clients who share her values. MJ has worked tirelessly to take Pioneer FM from her bedroom to the award-winning multi-million company it is today through her direct hands-on approach and fostering meaningful and lasting relationships with all her clients, regardless of size.
Aimee Tippett
Commercial Director
Aimee bridges the gap between our operations team and the head office. She looks after our processes and has cut our administration so that we can get on with delivering great services for our customers. Prior to working at Pioneer FM, Aimee ran her own small office cleaning company whose success put her in the eyes of Pioneer FM. She also worked in operations and customer services in the audio-visual industry. As Pioneer FM grew, MJ headhunted Aimee to join the Company to support it's burst of growth and development.

Head of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality
Andrew Holdstock, MD of Increase Success, supports our ISO certifications for quality, environmental, health and safety, and IT. As part of our team, he ensures the integrity, effectiveness and compliance of our processes and systems. Andrew brings valuable experience across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK including construction, airports, engineering and manufacturing, and analytical and data processing.
Sam Jones
Head of Public Relations
Sam looks after our PR and manages the Pioneer FM marketing department. Sam extensive experience includes over 25 years’ experience as a journalist at The Times, Sky News, and a daily regional paper and she now works as an independent consultant, spear-leading Pioneer FM's social media and long term development policy. A stickler for accuracy, these days she’s found sniffing around the office for a newsworthy Pioneer story to post.

Media
Sean is our media and PR consultant working alongside Sam to document and highlight the amazing work we do at Pioneer FM. An award-winning amateur film director, he is currently undertaking a Masters degree in film. He supports on documenting our extensive outreach and charity projects, case studies for our unique sites and providing advice and support to our team to ensure none of the key work we do gets missed.

Finance Manager
Kim joins our team as the Finance Manager for Pioneer FM managing our payrolls and Accounts department. Working closely with the Operations Team, Kim is responsible for ensuring best practices and book-keeping, staying on top of our busy accounts and large payroll. She has built key relationships with all our clients ensuring that any query, big or small, is fully addressed and they are able to trust and approach her for any queries.

Pioneer FM retains the services of My Inhouse Lawyers for our contracts and legal support, with Jonathan acting as our primary legal counsel. A qualified barrister and arbitrator with over 30 years in-house legal experience, Jonathan supports on all legal matters related to Pioneer FM from contract law to employment. having lectured extensively on the topics. He is an avid fan of football, supporting his local team Colchester United - a passion shared by Pioneer FM!

Sameer joined Pioneer FM in 2021 whilst studying for Law Degree at Oxford University. Having worked full-time during vacations, and part-time in term, Sameer is fully integrated into the Company's ethos and supports Jonathan and the Operations Team on legal matters. Having recently graduated from University, he now works at Pioneer FM supporting our contract delivery, employees and internal policies.

Operations Manager
Shane joined Pioneer FM in 2021 as one of our first cohort of the Government Kickstart Scheme, a lauded social mobility programme for places young youths in 6 month temporary employment. He performed exceptionally in his role being retained as an Operations Assistant and promoted to Operations Manager in 2023. Working alongside our dedicated Regional Managers, Shane manage contracts from our head office, ensuring all agreements are executed smoothly and efficiently. He is directly responsible for client liaison, maintaining direct contact with clients to address their needs and concerns and fostering strong relationships. Shane diligently supports our Regional Managers whenever needed, assisting them with various tasks to ensure the overall success of our operations across different locations.

She has a proven track record in business development, successfully negotiating contract extensions and upselling services.

Jason is a motivated Team Manager with over 10+ years' experience of being a Facilities Manager. Having been the cleaning manager at high-profile sites such as the The Galleria in Hatfield, Jason fully understands and delivers on the true meaning of a prestige service. He is proactive and works directly with our client and supporting our operational needs and developing solutions to save costs, improve revenues, and drive customer satisfaction.
Sue McCarthy
Midlands Regional Manager
Prior to joining Pioneer FM, Sue was the national contracts manager for a nationwide FM company. She oversaw a portfolio of 240 contracts, as well as looking after supervisors and assisting the sales team. Sue works hard to build good relations with clients and believes it is important to spend time getting to know clients and their locations to see for herself how operations work. She is the key contact for our sites based in the Midlands and North and has fostered long-lasting ties with all our clients.

Holly recently joined our team in 2024 as an Operations Assistant due to our exceptional growth. Coming over from the NHS, she brings a clear analytical mind in supporting our Central Office operations department and sites. Holly is a seasoned social media specialist and designer, and works part-time supporting Pioneer Clothing, a new sustainable clothing brand that sits within the broader Pioneer Group.

Chloe joined the team in 2024 as an operations assistant. She provides logistical and operational support to our Operations and Regional Managers across sites ensuring that attendance, service delivery and stocks are kept up to date. Chloe sharp eye for detail ensures nothing gets missed and that all site's reports and KPIs compliance are prepared and submitted to our clients.
